We work with you to plan a successful event that your patrons will ask for again!
Our fundraisers are a great way to help your organization meet it's fundraising goals!
We require a minimum of 250 tickets sold in advance with no more than
10% increase in ticket sales from the final count at 10 days prior to your event to
event day. There are several options including a Drive-Through Barbeque Dinner,
a Barbeque Picnic, and more... As long as you have facilities, our Stone Jug Barbeque
staff will bring everything we need to deliver barbeque goodness to your supporters.
Once you have selected your menu, Stone Jug Barbeque will give you a cost for
the meal, and you determine the ticket price, keeping the profit for your organization.
We offer discounts based on ticket sales for delivery, dervice (containers, utensils, etc.) and labor.
How to get started...
Beginning about 7 weeks in advance of your target date, you will start
looking at menus and selecting dates. We have put together a checklist and timeline
for fundraiser organizers to follow- kind of a How-To resource to make your event a
Countdown to SUCCESS...
6 WEEKS: Finalize your event date, type (drive through, picnic, etc...), and menu
5 WEEKS: Print tickets, and distribute to your network to sell. Begin posting on
social media sites and display posters at your facilities and other community
event information, add banner advertisement to your website.
4 WEEKS: Monitor ticket sales and post on social media sites 2 times this week
3 WEEKS: Consider a social media like & share contest to increase awareness,
and post 3 times this week.
2 WEEKS: Monitor ticket sales and do a final social media & volunteer push to get
last minute sales in. Recruit 5-7 volunteers for event day.
10 DAYS: Call Stone Jug Barbeque with your final number of tickets sold
1 DAY: Stone Jug Barbeque will contact you regarding the facilities and logistics
(available outlets, table placement, etc.)
EVENT DAY: 2 hours in advance of Event, set up your facility in preparation for
Stone Jug Babeque staff, who will arrive 1 hour prior to event start..
1/2 hour prior to event- volunteers arrive for a short orientation.
DAY AFTER EVENT: Pay Stone Jug Barbeque in full and use the profit to fund
